1 - Transport costs
To find out how much you will have to pay for postage, simply add your item to the shopping basket.
We choose high-quality partners to transport your equipment quickly, wherever you are and whatever the size of your parcel.
2 - Place of delivery
It is possible to deliver to an address other than the one invoiced at the time of your order: on site, at a customer's premises, at a workplace, etc. Deliveries are made in front of your home or business, or at the foot of your building (no upstairs deliveries).
3 - On delivery, remember to unpack your parcel in the presence of the carrier!
It is imperative that you unpack your parcel in the presence of the driver, even if the packaging is intact. If you find that the equipment is damaged, refuse it and make a note of the precise reason for the refusal (e.g. bent corner, impact on the front panel). Then let us know so that we can send you new equipment as quickly as possible.
NB. In the event of proven damage caused by our carrier, we will reship your parcel free of charge. Please ensure that you follow this procedure carefully to guarantee the validity of the insurance.
Please note that we will have no recourse if you have not had the damage(s) noted in the presence of the driver! The words "subject to unpacking" are insufficient and cannot be invoked against the carrier or, a fortiori, against us.
